Our Global Engineering and Automotive client is looking for a senior IT Messaging infrastructure project manager to lead the implementation of its IT Modernization Programme in the Nordic region. The role will report to the global IT Modernisation Programme Management Office, as well as to the IT Programme Manager.
The programme is a massive upgrade and migration effort, with numerous parallel projects delivering into our clients sites in Norway, Sweden and Finland, all of which the Nordics lead will be responsible for managing and/or coordinating.
The contract is for immediate start-up and an initial duration of 12 months, (with a possibility of extension). The position is based in Ålesund/Ulsteinvik, Norway.
Some travel (UK, Nordics) to be expected.
10+ years’ experience as IT Project Manager, preferably certified (PMP, Prince2)
Experience from leading infrastructure upgrade / migration projects
Experience in leading a mid-size (5.000-10.000 users) migration from Lotus Notes to Exchange would be very advantageous
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE A PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION -PMP,PMI,MSP, MoR,Prince Practitioner WITH EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN NORWAY OR THE NORDIC REGION!
