- Formal Project management background or relevant project experience
- Well-developed teambuilding, cooperational- and communication abilities
- Structured, systematic and target driven with well-defined goals
- Ability to understand the value chain and project totality
- Ability to work ”across” all areas in the project
- HSE and ethically focused
- Ability to handle a high work load and responsibility
- Strong team player
- Previous Statoil experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of SCRUM is an advantage
- International experience is an advantage

Assignment description:
We are searching for an experienced project leader. The candidate will be evaluated against the following type projects:
Delivery of project that might contain services like Facility Management Services (FMS), e.g. office establishments and refurbishment
(some of which might include building new offices, Integrated Operations), IT services (new IT solutions, infrastructure, etc.),
Finance services, HR services, and Communication services.
